水利部部务会议日前审议通过《数字孪生水网建设技术导则(试行)》,至此数字孪生流域、数字孪生水网、数字孪生水利工程等三大水利数字孪生系列顶层设计基本完成。本文介绍了数字孪生流域提出背景,分析了以数字孪生流域为核心建设智慧水利的必然性,阐述了智慧水利建设总体思路、建设目标和主要任务,提出了实现数字孪生流域共建共享的思考。
Abstract:The Ministry of Water Resources recently reviewed and approved the Technical Guidelines for Digital Twin Water Network Construction(Trial). The top-level design of smart water with the construction of a digital twin river basin as the core has been completed. This paper introduces the background of the digital twin basin proposal, analyzes the necessity of adopting smart water with digital twin basin as the core, and expounds general ideas, construction goals and main tasks of smart water, and considerations of realizing co-construction and co-sharing of digital twin basin.
