2023年“七下八上”防汛关键期，海河发生了流域性特大洪水。水利部海河水利委员会落实落细各项防汛措施，协同流域各地，强化监测预报，科学调度水工程，加强督导检查，成功防御了此次洪水。通过对洪水及防御工作复盘，总结凝练防御经验启示，为今后防御流域洪水提供参考借鉴。
Abstract：A catastrophic flood occurred in the Haihe River Basin during the critical flood prevention period from late July to early August in 2023.Facing with the largest flood in the basin since 1963,follwing the instruction of President Xi Jinping on flood prevention and disaster relief work,the Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources fully implemented various flood control measures,cooperated with all local authorities in the Haihe River Basin,reinforced monitoring and forecasting,scientifically carried out water projects dispatching,strengthened supervision and inspection,and successfully defended against this flood.By reviewing this flood control work and summarizing the flood prevention experiences,it provides references for future basin flood prevention.
